Dr. Eddy joined FWO in August 2012. A native of Grover Hill, OH, he attended the University of Toledo before receiving his M.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed fellowships at the State University of New York and the Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse,NY.
