Dr. Kolettis, originally from South Bend, joined FWO in 2012 after practicing orthopedics in St. Joseph, MI for 18 years. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He chose orthopedic surgery and in particular joint replacement for the chance to improve people's lives.
Dr. Kolettis graduated from University of Notre Dame and then from Indiana University School of Medicine. After completing orthopedic training, he did a fellowship in joint replacement at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.
A specialist in joint replacement, Dr. Kolettis performs replacements of the hip, knee, and shoulder. This includes hip replacement and resurfacing, total and partial knee replacement, as well as standard and reverse shoulder replacements.
When not working, Dr. Kolettis enjoys spending time with his family, reading, attending Notre Dame games, and playing hockey.
